Black Hills Corp. Utility Receives Regulatory Approval to Increase Revenues

Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) utility subsidiary Black Hills Power today received approval from the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission of a settlement agreement that allows the company to increase its electric revenues in South Dakota.

Black Hills Energy today issued a request for proposals for standalone Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) in blocks of 50,000 RECs up to a total of 100,000 RECs in 2015, 250,000 RECs in 2016 and 250,000 RECs in 2017.

Black Hills Corp. Announces Quarterly Dividend

RAPID CITY, S.D. — Jan. 27, 2021 — Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Jan. 27, 2021. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 12, 2021, will receive $0.565 per share, payable March 1, 2021.

Black Hills Corp. Natural Gas Utility Receives Approval for Consolidation and Rate Increase in Nebraska

LINCOLN, Neb. – Jan. 26, 2021 – Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its Nebraska natural gas utility, Black Hills Nebraska Gas, LLC, doing business as Black Hills Energy, received approval from the Nebraska Public Service Commission of a settlement agreement providing the company a general rate increase and allowing consolidation of its base rates and tariffs.
