Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its two Nebraska natural gas distribution utilities filed on March 29, 2019, a joint application with the Nebraska Public Service Commission to consolidate the two utilities into a new public utility entity.

Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its two Nebraska natural gas distribution utilities filed on March 29, 2019, a joint application with the Nebraska Public Service Commission to consolidate the two utilities into a new public utility entity. The filing also requests to consolidate the terms and conditions of the existing tariffs of the two utilities into a single tariff.

Black Hills Corp. Reports 2018 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results
Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced 2018 fourth quarter and full year financial results. Net income from continuing operations available for common stock for the fourth quarter and full year 2018 was $88 million and $265 million, or $1.51 and $4.78 per diluted share, respectively, compared to $64 million and $194 million, or $1.17 and $3.52 per diluted share, respectively, for the same periods in the prior year.

Black Hills Corp. Natural Gas Utility Files Consolidated Rate Review Proposal in Colorado
Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its natural gas utility Black Hills Colorado Gas, doing business as Black Hills Energy, filed a rate review proposal with the Colorado Public Utilities Commission to consolidate the rates, tariffs and services of its two legacy gas utilities in Colorado.
