Black Hills Corp. Announces First Quarter Dividend
RAPID CITY, S.D. — Jan. 29, 2020 — Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend on the common stock at a meeting held Jan. 29, 2020. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Feb. 14, 2020, will receive $0.535 per share, payable March 1, 2020.
With this dividend approval by the board of directors, the company is on track to achieve an important dividend milestone in 2020 – 50 consecutive years of annual increases of the dividend.

Black Hills Energy announces plan to add up to 200 megawatts of renewable energy to it's Southern Colorado system
Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced its Colorado Electric utility subsidiary, doing business as Black Hills Energy, submitted a proposal to the Colorado Public Utilities Commission seeking approval of a plan that would add up to 200 megawatts of new, low-cost renewable energy resources to its Southern Colorado system.
