RAPID CITY, S.D. – Dec. 10, 2020 – Black Hills today announced that it has no intent to participate in the CenterPoint Energy sale process for its gas distribution assets in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Black Hills performed a preliminary review of the assets offered for sale and concluded the assets would not be strategic additions.

Black Hills Corp. Completes 52.5-Megawatt Corriedale Wind Energy Project and Begins Commercial Operations
Cheyenne, Wyo. – Dec. 1, 2020 – Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that the company has completed construction on its $79 million Corriedale Wind Energy Project near Cheyenne, Wyoming, and the project is producing wind energy for customers who subscribed to its Renewable Ready Program.

(NYSE: BKH) today announced that members of its leadership team will be participating in the Virtual 2020 Edison Electric Institute 55th Financial Conference on Nov. 9 and Nov. 10. The company also announced that it will release new greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction goals for its utility operations and publish its updated Corporate Sustainability Report on Nov. 5.

RAPID CITY, S.D. — Oct. 27, 2020 — Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that its board of directors approved a quarterly dividend of 56.5 cents per share, a 3.0 cent per share, or 5.6%, increase over last quarter’s dividend. Common shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 17, 2020, will receive 56.5 cents per share, payable Dec. 1, 2020.

Rapid City, S.D. – Oct. 15, 2020 – Black Hills Corp. (NYSE: BKH) today announced that utility subsidiary Cheyenne Light, Fuel and Power Co., doing business as Black Hills Energy, and power generation subsidiary Black Hills Wyoming received approval of their joint application for a proposed 60-megawatt power purchase agreement from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
