Black Hills Corporation asks that every small, disadvantaged business that would like to become a vendor or subcontractor, register online by clicking on registration form. This form simply provides Black Hills Corporation with the basic supplier information we need to identify a business when we source for bidding opportunities. The entries in the supplier database are not a commitment by Black Hills Corporation to purchase from a particular company. It does, however, provide Black Hills Corporation the resources to identify a business if opportunities become available.
Once the supplier has entered their company information into the system it can be accessed from our internal buyers when an opportunity becomes available.
