BHC offers comprehensive Disability Pay, Life and Accident Insurance Plans that provide eligible employees and their families with substantial financial protection. If you need more coverage than the company provides, you have the option to purchase additional life insurance coverage at excellent group rates.
Company – Paid Benefits
Short-Term Disability: Short-Term Disability Pay is provided to eligible employees who incur a disabling physical or mental condition that temporarily prevents them from working.
Long-Term Disability: Long-Term Disability Pay is provided to eligible employees who are unable to return to work. The benefit may provide a monthly benefit of 60% of monthly earnings to a maximum benefit amount.
Life Insurance: employees are provided a level of life insurance at no cost to them.
Travel and Accident: five times annual base salary; not to exceed $1,000,000
