Operations
In the regulated businesses, operations managers lead the people on the ground who deliver safe, reliable energy to our customers. As the face of our business on the street, these roles provide a link to the communities we serve and ensure continued positive relationships throughout the areas serviced by our utilities.
In the non-regulated businesses, operations managers provide leadership and direction in the building and operation of power plants, as well as, manage the risk and reward of energy marketing and trading.
Regulatory and Government Affairs
Developing and shaping the relationships is key to continued success in an ever more complex legislative and regulatory environment. These professionals tell our side of the story to representatives within the federal, state and local government. They also take rate cases before the commissions tasked with consumer protection in the states in which we have utility operations.
Supply Chain
As part of the finance group, the supply chain team negotiates contracts, finds efficiencies and flexes economies of scale to provide lower costs to the company, which in turn means lower rates to customers and better returns to our investors.
