annual incentive bonus plans, eligible employees reap the rewards
of completing work in a productive, cost-conscious and safe manner.
- BHC's Results incentive program rewards eligible employees with a financial bonus when specific corporate and business unit financial goals are met.
- The Business Enhancement Program rewards individual employees
as well as team effort for ideas that bring about improvements
in areas such as safety, productivity, efficiency, costs, service
to the public and employee morale. Awards range from $50 to $25,000.
- BHC wants the best of the best. Once you’re one of us
and you know someone that would be just right for a position we
are trying to fill, a $500 Referral Bonus will be paid to you
once the referral process is completed and employment has begun.
