Being a new supervisor can be overwhelming. There is so much to
remember and new skills to learn. This training program provides
a toolbox of critical information.
Safety Multi-Media Training Resources
Online resources are provided to assist supervisors prepare and conduct
safety presentations and informal reminders within industrial settings
and office environments.
Employee Development Program
A personal development plan focuses on identifying an employee’s
talents and development needs; and then seeks to build on the talents
while improving the targeted development areas. This process equips employees
with a plan to help them achieve their career goals at BHC.
Tuition Reimbursement
Employees can receive a 50% tuition and 100% textbook reimbursement for
post-secondary job related courses.
Yes, There’s More
ConSern Loans For Education
BHC is a sponsor of the ConSern Loans for Education Program. Employees
and their families have access to low-cost funds for education. Repayable
over 15 years, employees may borrow up to $80,000. Program offers a free
scholarship search service.
Computer Purchase Program
Employees may finance computers or electronic planners through the company
by means of payroll deductions. No interest is charged.
Scholarships for Employees’ Children
Participating subsidiaries offer scholarships to eligible employees’
children who are graduating from high school.
Employee Annual Events
BHC places a high value on employees and their families. Some of the events
that bring us together are: annual picnic, golf tournament, motorcycle
ride, bowling tournament and chili-cook-off. Events vary by location. |
