Community Involvement BHC provides a wealth of opportunities to enhance the quality of life in our communities through volunteerism and participation in cultural and service-oriented activities. Dependent Child Care Flexible Spending Account Save money on your federal income taxes by contributing to a Dependent Child Care Flexible Spending Account. You set aside a certain amount from each pay period on a pre-tax basis to cover child care expenses; $5,000 annual maximum. As you pay for these child care expenses, you are reimbursed from your account on a tax-free basis. Pre-Retirement Seminar What do you see yourself doing after you retire? Are you sure this is what you want? If married, what are your spouse’s expectations? Maybe you see yourself as finally being able to create that massive garden spot that you always wanted and golf frequently with friends. Your spouse may be thinking about finally being able to move to a smaller place so the two of you can travel more. Yikes! The tools provided in the BHC pre-retirement seminar offer you the opportunity to discover your retirement expectations. Spouses are encouraged to attend and participate in a retirement lifestyle questionnaire and follow-up discussions with retiring spouse and professional seminar leader. Seminars are offered on a periodic basis. Not all subsidiaries participate. |
