Save money on your federal income taxes by contributing to a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account. You set aside a certain amount from each pay period on a pre-tax basis to cover dependent care expenses; $5,000 annual maximum. As you pay for these dependent care expenses, you are reimbursed from your account on a tax-free basis.
