Mark Stege – Vice President of Operations
Mark Stege is Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power’s Vice President of Operations. Mark began his career with Cheyenne Light in June 2005 serving as Director of Customer Service and was later promoted to General Manager. Cheyenne Light is a subsidiary of Black Hills Corporation, headquartered in Rapid City, South Dakota. Stege joined Black Hills Corporation in 1995 as an internal auditor and held various auditing and accounting positions until he moved to Cheyenne Light in 2005. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in geology and also has a degree in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Mark is a graduate of Leadership Cheyenne and an active member of the Cheyenne community. He and his wife, Patsy, a Casper native, have two sons.
Robert Morris – Energy Service Supervisor
Rob Morris began his career with Cheyenne Light in 1976 working on the residential attic insulation program and various related marketing functions. He has spent the past 33 years in various capacities working with residential, commercial, and industrial customers in marketing energy services, advising customers on energy cost and use, and coordinating the design and construction of gas and electrical facilities to new or relocating commercial and industrial customers.
He has worked closely during his career with all of Cheyenne Light's large C & I accounts, and municipal, state and federal governmental entities on issues related to energy use, economic development and community growth. In his current position as Supervisor of the Energy Services Department at Cheyenne Light, Rob works with the local Laramie County economic development group Cheyenne LEADS supporting their efforts to recruit new businesses to the Cheyenne area.
Bill Stockman – Engineering & Construction Services Manager
Bill Stockman is Cheyenne Light, Fuel & Power’s Manager of Construction Services Department. He started with Cheyenne Light in 2006 as the Electric Operations Supervisor and was promoted to Manager of Electric Operations.
Bill started in the utility business in 1979. He began as a storekeeper and progressed to journey lineman on the construction side of the business. During his 30 years in the utility business he has been involved in the design and construction of transmission and distribution systems in several states. Bill is an active member of the Cheyenne community and a volunteer for Cheyenne Frontier Days Contract Acts Committee. He and his wife, Barb, have two children.
