Cheyenne LEADS Business Parkway

The Cheyenne Business Parkway encompasses a total of 900 acres immediately east of central Cheyenne and within city limits. The CBP has 300 acres available in parcels ranging from a few acres to 50 acres. The park has access to Interstates 80 and 25, and to major arterial traffic routes around and directly into the city.

All utilities, including high-volume natural gas, electricity and redundant fiber optics telecommunications, are in place.

Current tenants of the CBP include Lowe’s Home Improvement’s Regional Distribution Center, EchoStar (DishNetwork) satellite uplink center, Jeld-Wen Windows factory, Truss-Craft, Quark Software, Sierra Trading Post catalog merchants, and Grobet precision manufacturing.

Cheyenne LEADS Newest Business Park

The North Range Business Park consists of 21 sites with a total of 620 acres of land, with 374 acres available in parcels from eleven acres to one hundred acres. The park is adjacent to the crossroads of Interstate 80 and Interstate 25. Master planning is complete, and infrastructure has been extended throughout the park. The North Range Business Park has its own interchange onto I-80. Walmart’s automated distribution center is the anchor business on a 150 acre site within the NRBP.
