Mutch Usera has a diverse position at Black Hills Power. With over 37 years at BHC, he has been in several positions at Black Hills Corporation, mostly management in communications, public affairs, sales and marketing. Currently, as director of energy services and external affairs for Black Hills Power, his primary role is to direct, plan and implement the retail marketing, economic development and external affairs strategies. Other key roles involved the direction, planning, and implementation of customer service programs and support.
