Diversity can be a catalyst for innovative thinking, entrepreneurial spirit and building thriving communities. For Black Hills Corporation, diversity extends beyond our employees’ unique skills throughout our organization. For us, diversity also includes reaching out to various universities to fill critical roles within our Company and partnering with a variety of businesses that provide services and supplies.
Recently, Black Hills expanded the commitment to supplier diversity. We now have a program in all of the areas where we do business — extending over seven states. Our Supplier Diversity Program encourages small and minority-owned businesses to provide us with competitive bids for the materials and services we need.
We are building a network of diverse businesses that understand and meet our industry requirements. We encourage the following businesses interested in working with Black Hills to register their contact information in our online registration form.

- Determine if your company meets one or more of the definitions of a small, disadvantaged, or minority/women-owned supplier.
- Determine if your company can supply any of the Products and Services utilized by BHC companies.
- Review Resources page.
- Complete the Supplier Registration Form.
